The Thunder had a successful offseason after retaining Paul George in Oklahoma City to play for a second season alongside Russell Westbrook, but they have started slow in a stacked Western Conference.
Certainly, there is plenty of time to make up ground, but are the Thunder a good enough team to make the playoffs this year in the West. Paul was on The Jump to discuss what he thinks of the Thunder this year.
“They have to figure out their identity,” Pierce said. “Right now, I don’t know who the Thunder are. Yes, they have Paul George. They have Westbrook, but are they a defensive team? Are they a transition-running team? What type of style are they going to play right now?”
