LeBron James’ NCAA documentary was released earlier this week, it’s aim to better compensate student-athletes for their contributions to an extremely lucrative industry. The NCAA has been heavily criticized recently for not paying it athletes and not adequately preparing them for life beyond sports.

Paul Pierce doesn’t know what impact this new documentary will have, but he does believe that the man behind it, LeBron James, has the best chance of influencing the NCAA and the sports world as a whole.

“There needs to be an overhaul (with the NCAA),” Pierce said. “And if there’s one person who’s going to have an influence on all of this, it’s LeBron James. He has the loudest voice in all of sports.”
