The Celtics won convincingly in Game 5 to go up 3-2 in the Eastern Conference Finals. LeBron James is yet again facing a great deal of pressure to carry his team. His supporting cast has to contribute if they want a chance at a fourth straight Finals appearance.

Paul Pierce has witnessed LeBron’s magical games before, so in order for the Celtics to rise to the occasion, they must stop James.

“When his back is against the wall, he’s gonna step up.”

“2008 Game 7 he came with 45…they’re going to have to stay mentally prepared.”

“It’s gonna be tough to put LeBron’s team out of the playoffs.”

The edge is with the Celtics, but LeBron is still standing in their way.
