Rodney Hood refused to go into the Cavaliers-Raptors game late when the Cavaliers were trouncing the Raptors in Game 4. He did not want to play “garbage minutes.” Paul Pierce believes this is one of the reasons why he was traded from Utah.

“The way I look at it; it was probably one of the reasons why he was traded.”

“Shows me what kind of will he has, he is not there mentally.”

Hood has been struggling and it only makes sense to get in the game and work through whatever struggles he is having.

“Go in there, get your shots up, get your rhythm.”

To be a good teammate means you listen and pay attention to detail. If the Cavaliers want to make some serious noise, everyone should be on board.
